What is TransportFinder?
TransportFinder is an online directory of transport and logistics businesses in India. It lists transporters, truck owners, transport brokers, logistics companies, warehouses, loading and unloading services, and vehicle repair and tyre services.
How do I find a transporter or truck owner?
Open the Find Partners page, choose a category, and type your city or state. Suggestions appear after two letters. You can also search by business name or service and sort the results.
How do I contact a business?
Each listing shows a Call button and, when a WhatsApp number is available, a WhatsApp button. You speak with the business directly. TransportFinder does not sit between you and the business.
Is the information on every listing verified?
New listings are reviewed by our admin team before they are published. A Verified badge appears only on listings our team has marked as verified. Always confirm rates, vehicle availability and documents directly with the business before you book.
Does TransportFinder handle bookings or payments?
No. TransportFinder is a directory. Rates, bookings and payments are agreed directly between you and the business you choose.
How do I list my business?
Go to Register Your Business, fill in your business name, category, contact person, phone number, city, state and optional details such as address, services, website and logo, then submit the form. Your listing appears publicly after our team approves it.
Why is my WhatsApp number filled in automatically?
If you enter a mobile number and leave the WhatsApp field empty, the same number is used for WhatsApp. Landline numbers are never copied. You can change the WhatsApp number at any time before you submit.
I cannot find my city in the suggestions.
Our suggestions cover more than a thousand cities and towns, but not every village. You can type your city manually. The state must be chosen from the list.
Can I add a logo or photo?
Yes. The registration form has an optional logo or photo upload. Use a PNG, JPG or WEBP image up to 2 MB.
Is my email address shown publicly?
No. The email address you give during registration is kept private and is used only by our team. Your business name, category, location, phone, WhatsApp, website, address and services are shown on your listing once it is approved.
How do I update or remove my listing?
Use the contact page, tell us the name of your business and the change you need, and our team will follow up with you.
